How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is the next business day by noon. Shoots completed before 1pm can be rushed for same-day delivery on request.
What areas of Ohio do you cover?
Northeast Ohio — based in Stow and covering Akron, Cleveland, Canton and the surrounding communities including Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Hudson, Tallmadge, North Canton and Streetsboro. Outside our core zone we add a small travel fee, shown at checkout.
Do I get a property website with my shoot?
Yes — every order includes a free branded single-property website with your name, photo and brokerage, live for six months, plus a private download page with full-resolution and MLS-sized files.
Can I get custom pricing for high volume?
Yes. Agents and teams who shoot regularly get a custom rate card applied automatically to their account at checkout.
What do I actually receive?
Full-resolution and MLS-sized JPEGs, any video and floor plans you ordered, your 3D tour links, plus your live property website — all from one private download link.
